Job Title: Electrical and Controls Engineer
Location: Richmond, IN

As an Electrical & Controls Engineer, you will play a critical role in elevating plant performance, improving system reliability, and driving key operational outcomes for the Richmond, IN facility. Rather than focusing on routine day-to-day tasks, this role emphasizes strategic impact, technical leadership, and results-based engineering improvements that directly influence plant safety, productivity, and long-term reliability.

What You Bring to the Team:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology with a minimum of 1 year of experience in control systems engineering in a continuous and/or discrete manufacturing environment - 3 years preferred
  • Ability to provide solutions to projects and basic process engineering problems.
  • Knowledge with Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI applications (including programming).
  • Basic project management skills
  • Demonstrated success managing projects up to $50k
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external engineering resources.
  • Must possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated drive and initiative to complete assigned tasks and investigate and seek out improvement opportunities.
