US Citizen
Advanced electrical degree.
Two years of experience.
Understanding of electronics.
Experience performing diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Experience troubleshooting test equipment.
Ability to coach technicians.

Ability to manage customer requests and demands in a timely manner.
Position Summary:Operations Support Engineer
Performs process document evaluations and updates, research, and testing of electrical components, and PCBs for commercial, industrial and governmental purposes. Must be able to read electrical schematics, understand electronics, and is capable and has experience performing diagnostics and troubleshooting efforts. Understand and has some experience troubleshooting test equipment. Capable of coaching technicians, reviewing and updating detailed documents, creating reports, and managing customer request and demands on a timely manner.
Supports operations engineering activities as a contractor.
Performs research, development, design, and testing of electrical components, PCB layouts, electronics packaging, equipment, facilities, systems, products, and networks.
Supports commercial, industrial, and governmental applications.
Requires understanding of electronics and experience with diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities: Operations Support Engineer
Perform research, development, design, and testing of electrical components and systems.
Support PCB layout and electronics packaging efforts.
Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting of electronic systems.
Troubleshoot test equipment.
Coach technicians.
Create basic reports.
Manage customer requests and demands in a timely manner.
