 THE OPP: Experienced Electrical Crew Lead

•  Location: Franklin, NC
•  The Daily Grind: High-end service calls, custom residential remodels, premium new construction, and specialized HVAC circuitry.

 THE PAY & THE GEAR

•  Top-Tier Pay: $15.00 – $40.00 / hour (Commensurate with your field execution).
•  The Elite Fleet: Skip the rusted trucks. You’ll ride in a fully loaded, modern company van.
•  Tools Provided: We supply all premium battery-operated tools and high-lumen headlamps.

 UPWARD MOBILITY: Your Seat at the Table (for Journeyman positions or someone with more than 4 years experience)

We don't want you to be a technician forever. This role is specifically engineered for massive upward mobility. Our ultimate strategic goal is to transition the right, high-integrity individual into an in-house Superintendent / Lead Estimator to help run operations alongside the owner.

 WHAT YOU NEED TO LOCK IT IN:

• 1-4 years experience for the apprentice position. (Or more if you have it).
• Strong ability to adapt, learn and grow. Ability to read a measuring tape and use power tools.
• Reliable transportation to our deployment center (we handle the keys from there).
• Must have a clean driving record.
