The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assisting with the assembly, inspection, and production of electrical components while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties

• Assemble electrical components and wiring products according to work instructions
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Meet daily production and attendance expectations

Pay

• $18.00–$18.50 per hour
• Overtime opportunities available

Schedules

• Monday–Friday
• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Requirements

• Minimum six months of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Ability to pass a basic math assessment
• Must be able to pass a color identification test (not color blind)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work overtime and maintain good attendance
