• Assemble electrical drives and transformers according to work instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Perform electrical wiring and electronic assembly
• Use hand and power tools to build and install components
• Verify alignment, wiring, and component installation
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Work closely with a small team to achieve production goals
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

✔ 1+ year of mechanical or electrical assembly experience with the same employer

✔ Experience using hand and power tools

✔ Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or wiring diagrams

✔ Electrical wiring or electronic assembly experience

✔ Strong mechanical aptitude

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, WI.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.90/hr.
