Compensation: $23.00–$29.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

What You'll Do as an Electrical Assembler:
- Assemble and wire standard and custom electrical panels using hand and power tools
- Read and build from electrical schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings
- Install, wire, and troubleshoot industrial control panels and cable tray systems
- Verify parts and materials against Bills of Material (BOMs)
- Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process and before shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and safely operate overhead hoists or cranes
What You Need to Bring to the Electrical Assembler Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Entry-level or 1–2 years of electrical or mechanical assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, routings, and assembly drawings
- Ability to stand and use hands/fingers throughout an 8–10 hour shift
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and transportation to Albert Lea, MN
- A positive, “can-do” attitude with attention to quality and detail
