Track and document RMA status accurately. Receive and process returned products and materials. Inspect test and troubleshooting returned equipment or components. Determine root causes failures and document findings. Perform basic repairs or coordinate repairs with appropriate departments. Maintain accurate RMA records and update tracking systems. Verify warranty status and ensure compliance with company policies. Communicate return status and findings to internal teams. Coordinate product replacements repairs or returns to customers. Assist with inventory control and disposition of returned materials.This is a full-time opportunityThe ideal candidate will have Experience conducting evaluations calibrations or repairs on electronic test equipment or similar devices. Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to evaluate troubleshoot and repair returned units. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track and document RMA status accurately. Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Solid communication skills able to relay findings and status clearly to requestors TSRs and cross functional teams. Comfort working across multiple software platforms simultaneously including Salesforce and the RMA tracking board.
