Electrical Assembler – NOW HIRING

Shift & Schedule

  • Location: Palmetto, FL

  • Shift: 1st Shift

  • Hours: 8‑hour days (example: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday — no weekend work

Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Electrical Assembler to join our team in Palmetto, FL. In this role, you will play a key part in building and wiring electrical systems used in advanced ground support equipment for the aviation industry. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision work and enjoys contributing to high-quality manufacturing.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assemble and wire electrical components, panels, and harnesses based on schematics and technical drawings

  • Perform detailed tasks such as crimping, soldering, routing wires, and assembling cable harnesses

  • Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment to complete and verify assemblies

  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet ITW GSE quality standards and specifications

  • Identify assembly issues and collaborate with engineering or leadership to resolve them

  • Maintain accurate production documentation, labeling, and records

  • Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized workspace

  • Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions

  • Hands-on experience with basic tools and electrical assembly processes

  • Working knowledge of wiring techniques, crimping, soldering, and electrical components

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in electrical assembly within a manufacturing or industrial setting

  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or 5S practices

  • Ability to work independently after training

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bradenton, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
