Electrical Assembler – Camdenton Area
Pay:
$23.30/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday (occasional overtime) Pre-employment screenings required
Position Summary:
Penmac Staffing is seeking qualified candidates for an Electrical Assembler position in the Camdenton area. This role operates in a team-based environment and involves assembling electrical control systems and integrating original equipment. Work is job-based with a high variety of custom systems—no automated production lines.
Required Education & Experience:- High school diploma or GED
- Electrical experience required
- Knowledge of complex mechanical and electronic systems preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Required Skills:- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and diagrams
- Experience interconnecting panel devices per electrical schematics
- Ability to operate pneumatic hand and bench tools
- Understanding of torque requirements
- Proficiency with basic electrical test equipment
- Ability to read and use metric measuring tools
- Knowledge of wiring fundamentals (terminations, connections, labeling)
- Ability to route and bundle wires/cables according to standards
- Basic PC skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Working Conditions:- Light to moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs, up to 20 feet)
- Work cell environment
- Physical activity: approximately 30% sitting, 70% standing/walking
