This 2nd shift temp-to-hire position pays $26.40/hour and is a strong fit for someone with hands-on electrical assembly experience who can read schematics, wire panels, use meters, and build clean, accurate electrical assemblies.

What Youll Do
- Assemble and wire electrical control panels and related electrical assemblies
- Install, route, terminate, and test low-voltage wiring
- Work with PLCs, power components, and electrical/electronic systems
- Read and follow blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
- Use voltmeters, hand tools, and basic power tools during assembly and testing
- Perform functional testing and visual inspections
- Check wiring, parts, and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Report defects, missing parts, incorrect materials, or assembly issues
- Track production quantities, time, and work progress accurately
- Keep tools, work area, and equipment clean, organized, and safe
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in electrical assembly, manufacturing, or a related skilled-trade field
- Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, or technical drawings
- Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems
- Experience using voltmeters, hand tools, and basic power tools
- Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical or assembly issues
- Strong attention to detail when wiring, labeling, inspecting, and testing
- Able to stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift
- Able to bend, kneel, reach overhead, and work with small components
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable wearing required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear
