Roles and Responsibilities:
As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our production team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling components and subassemblies according to specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
- Conducting quality checks to maintain product integrity and compliance with safety guidelines.
- Troubleshooting assembly issues and providing solutions to enhance productivity.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environment.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 1 to 5 years.

Desired Skills:
We seek individuals who are detail-oriented and possess strong manual dexterity. You should have:
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- The ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and assembly instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and a commitment to quality work.
