What you will do as an Electrical Assembler: - Perform electrical wiring and assembly operations on a variety of electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies
- Ensure that standards are met, including inspection of panels and wiring for neatness and conformance to requirements and standards
- Work closely with mechanical assemblers, engineering teams and project managers for the duration of machine projects
- Ensure that work area is clean, safe and orderly
- Take proper care of shop tools and make sure they are returned daily to their appropriate place
- Take a Support role in the World Class Checkout Process
What you need to be an Electrical Assembler:- Ability to read, understand and interpret Electrical Schematics/Prints
- Ability to successfully and efficiently wire one product line
- Ability to follow instructions when going through the electrical build cycle
- Knowledge of routing and mounting of devices and wire way, conduit and or cable tray
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven problem solving skills
- Thorough understanding of electrical practices and principles
- Understand the mechanical assembly of machines
