Electrical Assembly Trainee / Electrical Assembler
Schedule:
  • Training Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Post-Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Payrate: $18/hour
Location: Milwaukee, WI 

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Electrical Assembly Trainee. No prior experience is required — training will be provided. This role offers hands-on instruction in electrical assembly, testing, and industrial safety practices with the opportunity to transition into a skilled electrical testing and assembly position.

Responsibilities After Training
  • Test complex assemblies of low-voltage (up to 480VAC) power circuits, control circuits, and ancillary systems.
  • Create and organize detailed testing reports and pretest safety documentation.
  • Precheck equipment prior to installation to identify deviations that could impact installation or performance.
  • Assist the production team during assembly to ensure proper execution of complex engineering designs.
  • Provide feedback regarding design issues and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain a safety-first mindset and follow all workplace safety procedures.
  • Properly care for, use, and store company-supplied tools and equipment.
Qualifications
  • Willingness to learn and complete hands-on electrical training.
  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions and blueprints (training provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
