Electrical Assembler I

Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Shift hours: Monday through Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm PST

Summary:

• Location: Wilsonville, OR

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of skilled assembly tasks to produce quality electrical switchgear products.
• Complete assignments based on verbal and/or written instructions, drawings, blueprints, schematics, or other manufacturing information.
• Maintain progress of jobs in the assigned area and communicate any problem areas or parts shortages.
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure conformance with specifications and codes.
• Observe good housekeeping and safety procedures, and maintain a clean and orderly work area by performing 5S duties.

Requirements:

• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Wilsonville, OR.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Preferred Skills:

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience in electrical assembly or a manufacturing setting.
• Experience using various tools, including manual/electric/pneumatic tools, drill press, press brake, fork truck, jib crane, template/fixtures, hand carts, measuring and testing equipment, storage/packaging materials, and prescribed safety equipment.
