Job Summary
Are you a detail-oriented technician with a talent for transforming complex blueprints into high-performance industrial machinery? Join a leading manufacturing team in Leominster as an Electrical Assembler. In this role, you will lead the point-to-point wiring and assembly of custom electrical systems, control panels, and motors for sophisticated industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Electrical Assembly: Perform precise point-to-point wiring and assembly of control panels, drives, and motors.
- Schematic Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Machine Wiring: Run, route, and terminate wires throughout large-scale industrial machines.
- System Building: Build and install custom cable assemblies and wire harnesses.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure all wiring meets strict UL/safety standards; assist with continuity testing and troubleshooting during the commissioning phase.
- Tool Operation: Utilize various hand and power tools for stripping, crimping, and mounting components.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in electrical assembly or industrial panel wiring.
- Technical Skills: Proven ability to read and navigate complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using manual and powered assembly tools.
- Background: Previous experience in industrial machinery, HVAC controls, or control panel manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Reliability: Ability to commute to Leominster, MA, for a 7:00 AM start.
