BUILD TECHNOLOGY THAT MATTERS Raptor Scientific is a leader in advanced aerospace test and measurement technology. At our growing Livermore site, we design and build sophisticated RF measurement systems and ultra -precise pressure, force, and calibration instrumentation for Aerospace an d Defense applications where performance and reliability are critical. This is not repetitive assembly -line work. As an Electrical Assembler, youll work on complex, high -mix builds that require technical skill, precision, and real problem -solving. Youll interpret schematics and wiring diagrams, troubleshoot electrical issue s, take ownership of challenging builds, and help ensure every system leaving our floor meets exacting performance and quality standards. Our Livermore operation is expanding, creating opportunities for talented technicians to broaden their capabilities, take on greater responsibility, and grow alongside the organization. Were building a high -performance culture centered on ownership, conti nuous improvement, and technical excellence. If you take pride in exceptional craftsmanship, enjoy solving real hardware challenges, and want your work to contribute to mission -critical technology, youll find an opportunity here to make an impact and keep raising your technical game. THE WORK Assemble electronics: Build precision electronic, electrical, and electromechanical sub -assemblies for aerospace tracking and calibration equipment. Integrate systems: Execute clean point -to-point wiring, board -level routing, and intricate connector installation to exact specifications. Test circuitry: Run routine continuity checks, basic functional electrical testing, and initial electronic troubleshooting. Support development: Build advanced prototype hardware, support engineering development projects, and manage high -mix, low -volume production runs. Collaborate daily: Work closely with the engineering, quality assurance, and calibration teams to get builds right the first time. WHAT YOU BRING Proven experience: 2 or more years of dedicated experience in electrical or electronic hardware assembly. Schematic literacy: Ability to read, interpret, and accurately follow complex schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering layout blueprints. Assembly expertise: Hands -on experience with technical soldering, circuit board integrations, and precise connector pin assembly. Quality focus: Exceptional attention to detail and a true sense of pride in clean, high -reliability workmanship. Raptor Scientific | raptor -scientific.com | Page 2 Education: High school diploma or GED is required. Technical trade school or a vocational certification is highly preferred. Desirable skills: Certification in IPC -A-610 or J -STD-001, or prior experience using an ERP or MRP system like Plex is a plus. WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT HERE Technical skills get you the interview, but your mindset determines your success on our floor. We look for individuals who embody these core values: Bias for Action: The print makes sense, so you start positioning components and routing connections rather than waiting to be walked through every step. Intellectual Curiosity: You understand what an electrical connection is actually doing, allowing you to catch an integration error during the build instead of at final test. Clear Communication: When a continuity check fails or a schematic does not match the physical hardware, you flag it immediately instead of hoping it passes anyway. Likes to Win: Clean board paths and a perfect solder joint matter to you because this equipment ends up in environments where reliability saves lives.
