Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday

ResourceMFG is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Electrical Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Ogden. This is a great opportunity for candidates with electrical assembly experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

Electrical Assembler Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to work instructions, specifications, and diagrams.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Perform wiring, cable assembly, crimping, and electrical connections.
• Test and inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company quality standards, work procedures, and safety policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Previous electrical assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
