Industry: Irrigation and Water Conservation Industry
Are you an experienced Electrical Assembler who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting, and building complex electrical and mechanical systems? This is an opportunity to work on the assembly of pump stations and other engineered systems.
This isn't just a repetitive assembly role. You'll have the opportunity to build, troubleshoot, improve processes, and help keep production moving.
What You'll Do
Build electrical and mechanical sub-assemblies and enclosures from start to finish.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, CAD drawings, and mechanical blueprints.
Load PLC and touchscreen control software.
Troubleshoot and correct electrical and mechanical issues.
Use testing and measurement equipment to verify quality and functionality.
Identify opportunities to improve quality, throughput, and production efficiency.
Manage multiple projects and orders while meeting production deadlines.
Maintain the tools, materials, and supplies needed for production.
Help develop manufacturing procedures and productivity reports.
Provide guidance and quality inspection support to other assemblers.
Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Purchasing to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of relevant assembly/manufacturing experience preferred
Working knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical principles
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
Strong hands-on assembly and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer skills, including Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel
