Seeking an Electrical Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Warren, Ohio.
- Assemble, wire, and test electrical systems for custom induction heating equipment.
- Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Install and wire control panels, transformers, sensors, relays, VFDs, and PLCs.
- Use hand tools, multimeters, and test equipment to ensure quality and safety.
- Perform continuity and insulation resistance tests; troubleshoot wiring issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to meet production goals.
- Adhere to safety procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of experience in electrical assembly, proficiency in reading schematics, and familiarity with industrial standards. Preferred qualifications involve technical certifications, OEM experience, and wiring high-voltage power supplies. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
