Electrical Assembler / Wireman

We are currently hiring Electrical Assemblers to join our clients production team in Pasadena, TX. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on electrical assembly experience who can read schematics, wire control panels, and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

The Electrical Assembler will support the assembly, wiring, and build-out of custom electrical panels, switchgear, power distribution equipment, and related electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical panels, control panels, switch racks, tap boxes, skids, and related equipment
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and bills of material
• Perform point-to-point wiring, routing, labeling, crimping, and termination of wires
• Install electrical components including breakers, relays, fuses, terminal blocks, switches, and other panel components
• Use hand tools, power tools, meters, crimpers, wire strippers, and basic shop equipment
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, neatness, and proper wiring connections
• Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and correcting wiring or assembly issues as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Previous electrical assembly, panel wiring, or wireman experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Experience with control panels, switchgear, power distribution, or industrial electrical equipment is a plus
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Electrical panel building
• Switchgear or power distribution assembly
• UL panel shop experience
• Conduit bending
• Soldering
• High-voltage or low-voltage electrical assembly
• Mechanical assembly experience

Schedule

Full-time position
Day shift available
Overtime may be available based on production needs

Pay

$18.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
