Education Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Technical training in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards, including OSHA and NEC requirements, is a plus.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical assembly, machine wiring, control panel assembly, or related electrical manufacturing roles.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Experience using electrical hand tools, power tools, multimeters, crimpers, wire strippers, and testing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and quality control skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
• Ability to lift, move, and position materials and components as required.
• Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends when needed to meet production schedules.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment while following all safety regulations.

Job Duties

• Assemble, wire, test, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery, electrical systems, control panels, and automated equipment.
• Build electrical systems using schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly instructions, and engineering documentation.
• Install conduit, fabricate wiring harnesses, route and terminate wiring, and wire electrical cabinets and machine controls.
• Perform electrical testing, basic calculations, and system verification to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Identify wiring discrepancies, equipment issues, and process improvement opportunities while maintaining detailed documentation.
• Support equipment startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and cross-training initiatives across electrical assembly functions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company policies, OSHA standards, and all workplace safety procedures.
