Electrical Assembly

Hours:
1st Shift, 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Pay:
$17.00 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and wire electrical units based on blueprints and diagrams
  • Use hand tools such as wire strippers and crimpers to complete assemblies
  • Measure and cut wires accurately using tape measures and other tools
  • Work safely in confined spaces, overhead, and tight areas
  • Lift up to 50 pounds as needed during assembly

Minimum Requirements:
  • 1+ years of electrical assembly or wiring experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Proficiency with measurement tools and small hand tools
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working from ladders or at heights

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience interpreting electrical drawings in complex environments
  • Familiarity with electrical code standards and safety procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial wiring environments

Other Requirements:
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
  • Availability for overtime during peak periods
  • Reliable transportation for early start shifts at 5:30 AM
  • On-site work environment
