Electrical Assembly Technician
Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm
Pay: $19.00 - 24.00

Position Summary
The Electrical Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, wiring, installing, and testing electrical control panel assemblies and conduit systems. This position requires the ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics, install electrical devices and components, and ensure all assemblies meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial panel fabrication, conduit installation, and electrical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assemble electrical control panels and related components according to blueprints, schematics, and material lists.
Install and wire electrical devices, components, and control systems.
Use electric and pneumatic tools to drill, grind, and fit parts together during assembly processes.
Bend, install, and secure EMT and rigid conduit systems.
Read and interpret electrical prints, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
Test control panels and electrical systems using a multimeter and other testing equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical assemblies and identify wiring or component issues.
Work from ladders and perform tasks in confined or difficult-to-access spaces as needed.
Maintain a strong focus on quality, productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Follow all company safety procedures and workplace standards.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
1 to 5 years of electrical wiring experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience running and installing EMT and rigid conduit.
Experience wiring electrical products and control panels.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
Familiarity with electrical codes and standards.
Experience performing industrial panel fabrication and testing.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to use electrical testing equipment, including multimeters.
