LINK Staffing is hiring an Electrical Assembly Technician for a hands-on 1st shift role paying $20.00/hour. This position is a good fit for someone with electrical assembly, wiring, system integration, or manufacturing experience.
You will help assemble, wire, test, and prepare electrical and solar-powered systems before shipment. Candidates should be comfortable using tools, reading drawings, routing wires, and working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

What Youll Do
- Assemble and integrate electrical systems, control panels, and related equipment
- Install, route, terminate, and test low-voltage and DC wiring
- Work with battery systems, power distribution components, and panel layouts
- Read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Mount components, route wiring, and verify electrical connections
- Use voltmeters, multimeters, hand tools, and basic power tools
- Perform basic functional testing before completed systems are shipped
- Troubleshoot wiring, component, or system issues when needed
- Keep production logs, test results, and work documentation accurate
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in electrical assembly, system integration, or manufacturing
- Experience with DC wiring, battery systems, solar power systems, or industrial control panels is preferred
- Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Comfortable using voltmeters, multimeters, hand tools, and power tools
- Basic understanding of AC/DC electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to bend, kneel, crouch, reach overhead, and work inside enclosures when needed
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with exposure to outdoor elements
- Forklift experience is a plus
