Now hiring Electrical Assembly Technician Alexandria, MN Pay Rate: $20.50 – $22.00 per hour Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Time to assemble your future. We need dependable people who know how to hustle. As an Electrical Assembly Technician you'll assemble products, work with tools, and keep the crew on pace.

Skills that make you stand out:

• Associate degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field, and at least 2 years of relevant experience OR high school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant electrical or machine assembly experience
• Strong understanding of electrical systems used in industrial or packaging machinery
• Proven ability to set up, test, and debug complex machines
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and technical documentation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a dependable work ethic
• Clear, professional communication skills and a team-focused mindset

Packaging industry experience is preferred but not required.

Work that matters:

• Assemble, wire, set up, and debug electrical systems for packaging automation machinery
• Complete machine builds according to mechanical and electrical specifications and assembly documentation
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to ensure machines meet quality and performance standards
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of the build documentation throughout the assembly process
• Collaborate respectfully with cross-functional teams to support project completion timelines
• Assist with training and mentoring assembly team members as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including tools, equipment, and workstations
• Support continuous improvement while following all safety policies and procedures
• Travel to customer sites when requested to support machine installation or service
