Production Wiring Assembler – Des Moines, IA
Full-Time | Weekly Pay | No Weekends

Pay: $18.10 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and wire electrical control panels using hand tools such as screwdrivers, wire strippers, and cutters

  • Read and accurately interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics

  • Inspect, test, and verify wiring for quality, accuracy, and compliance
Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, production, wiring, or working with hand tools

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment

  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
