Electrical Assembly Technician

Key Responsibilities 

• Assemble electrical panels, wiring harnesses, and control systems according to engineering schematics, diagrams, and instructions. 
• Perform soldering, crimping, and other electrical connections with precision and adherence to safety standards. 
• Inspect and test assembled components to ensure functionality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during assembly or testing processes. 
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in clean and operational conditions. 
• Adhere to company procedures, industry standards, and regulations, including ISO guidelines. 
• Collaborate with the production team and engineers to address technical challenges and improve assembly processes. 
• Document work performed and ensure accurate record-keeping of assembly and testing steps. 

Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in electrical assembly is preferred. 
• Proven experience in electrical assembly or a related field. 
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation. 
• Proficiency in using hand tools, electrical testing equipment, and soldering tools. 
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. 
• Knowledge of electrical safety protocols and regulations. 

Working Conditions 

• Full-time position with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required. 
• Work environment may include exposure to noise and handling of electrical components. 
• Requires standing, bending, and lifting during assembly tasks.
