Perform soldering, crimping, and other electrical connections with precision and adherence to safety standards.
Inspect and test assembled components to ensure functionality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during assembly or testing processes.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in clean and operational conditions.
Adhere to company procedures, industry standards, and regulations, including ISO guidelines.
Collaborate with the production team and engineers to address technical challenges and improve assembly processes.
Document work performed and ensure accurate record-keeping of assembly and testing steps.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in electrical assembly is preferred.
Proven experience in electrical assembly or a related field.
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation.
Proficiency in using hand tools, electrical testing equipment, and soldering tools.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of electrical safety protocols and regulations.
Working Conditions
Full-time position with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required.
Work environment may include exposure to noise and handling of electrical components.
Requires standing, bending, and lifting during assembly tasks.
