Electrical Assembly Technicians needed for one of our valued partners. Seeking individuals to join a growing team in a new, climate-controlled facility. This company builds high-quality, precision sheet metal products, and they’re looking for someone who takes pride in clean, accurate wiring and dependable assembly work. Shift: 1st, Mon- Fri, 7AM – 3:30PM
Pay: $17 - $19 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and wire electrical components using blueprints, job packets, and wiring diagrams
- Read and interpret electrical schematics to ensure accurate connections
- Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to spec
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in a modern facility
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in electrical assembly or a manufacturing environment requiring strong wiring skills
- Hands-on experience with wiring components, harnesses, or control panels
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing clean, accurate work
- Basic shop math skills (measuring, calculations, etc.)
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
