We’re looking for a Sales Executive who can build strong relationships with OEM clients and help them succeed with our product. The ideal candidate will be proactive in understanding customer needs, resolving challenges, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate across departments to ensure customer goals are met and challenges are addressed.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to understand their needs and drive success.
- Conduct customer visits to identify growth opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
- Monitor and report on customer account health, providing insights to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions clearly.
- Comfortable working directly with clients to resolve issues and uncover opportunities.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
