    Job Description

Electrical Construction Program Manager (Mission-Critical Low Voltage)

Picture your day beginning with a coordination huddle, moving through jobsite walk-throughs, and ending with a review of cost curves and schedules you keep precisely on track. You are the conductor of complex, large commercial electrical initiatives—guiding work from concept to turnover across structures, facilities, and systems. You translate early ideas into executable plans, keep field teams supported and unblocked, and own the financial story from estimate through final invoice.

    What you will lead

    • Shape the conceptual development of new construction projects and customer accounts, then organize scope, schedule, budget, and implementation to deliver results.
    • Plan, sequence, and coordinate all construction activities so milestones and deadlines are consistently achieved.
    • Produce and submit budget estimates; issue progress updates; and maintain rigorous cost tracking and reporting.
    • Issue purchase orders for major equipment and for subcontracted scopes; specify shipping needs, forecast delivery dates, and obtain proper advance delivery notices.
    • Enable trade foremen to complete accurate material takeoffs and ensure materials are available when needed.
    • Support field personnel in collaborating with other subcontractors; resolve issues swiftly as they arise on site.
    • Steward customer relationships through clear communication, transparency, and dependable follow-through.

    Ownership and accountability

You will carry full financial responsibility for each project, applying a strong command of construction finance and accounting practices to manage commitments, costs, change, and cash flow.

    What you bring

    • 7–10 years of experience in the Low Voltage industry.
    • Hands-on success managing large data center electrical buildouts.
    • Proven ability to plan, direct, and coordinate construction and maintenance across complex facilities and systems.
    • Expertise supporting field teams and subcontractor relationships while solving problems in real time.

    Impact

From kickoff through closeout, you drive the overall flow of large commercial projects—turning design intent into energized, reliable, and maintainable electrical solutions.
