What to Expect As an Electrical Construction Superintendent, your primary responsibilityis to manage and supervise field operations of multiple fast-paced projects at a time and ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Be able to manage changes quickly and efficiently. You willbe responsible foroverall project execution from design to completion. What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities & subcontractors
  • Developelectricalexecution plansandschedulesfor critical infrastructure projects toanticipatechallenges and mitigate risk
  • Ensure frequent communication with key project individuals, job site personnel,andProject Manager
  • Driveworkactivities tomeetproject schedule,remove project constraints, andelevate construction issues to management
  • Responsible for daily reporting andwork with Project Manager foraccuratelymaintainingproject tracking logs andupdates
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing the applicable state and OSHA regulations
  • Schedule and support quality control inspections, commissioning activities,LOTO's/shutdowns, andsite safety inspections

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of electrical,controls, ornetworkconstruction experience
  • Past supervisory experience on commercial/industrial construction projects (e.g., hospitals, data centers, manufacturing facilities)
  • Previousexperience as a Superintendent on industrial facility construction & MEP dense projects
  • Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with tight timelines and aggressive goals
  • OSHA 30 certification, NFPA 70E and NEC qualified or a certified electrician
  • Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and environmental regulations
  • Thorough understanding of construction design documents and ability to provide constructability feedback prior to and during construction;and experience with construction industry software such as Bluebeam, 3D model viewer,CxAlloy, or similar
