We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Electrical Panel Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the physical assembly, wiring, and mounting of components within industrial control panels based on technical schematics and blueprints.
The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, possesses a high level of mechanical aptitude, and takes pride in delivering clean, organized, and high-quality electrical builds.
Key Responsibilities
• Mechanical Assembly: Layout and mount electrical components (din rails, wire ducts, breakers, contactors, terminals, and PLCs) onto backpanels and enclosures.
• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blue prints, bills of materials (BOM), and layout drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Quality Control: Perform self-inspections of work to ensure all connections are secure, labeled correctly, and meet UL 508A or NEC standards.
• Tool Operation: Safely use hand and power tools including drills, wire strippers, crimpers, torque wrenches, and knockout punches.
• Basic Wiring: Route, strip, crimp, and terminate wires according to electrical schematics and point-to-point wiring diagrams.
• Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all shop safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in electrical assembly, panel building, or a related electrical trade (preferred).
• Technical Literacy: Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and ladder logic diagrams.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
