Join a manufacturing team that prizes craftsmanship and consistency. You’ll assemble and wire industrial control panels, turning schematics into dependable, neatly organized systems that pass inspection the first time.
What you’ll do
- Assemble and wire control panels directly from electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Install PLCs, relays, terminal blocks, circuit breakers, and VFDs on backplates and enclosures.
- Route, terminate, and label internal wiring to company procedures and applicable electrical codes.
- Operate common shop tools: drills, knockout punches, crimpers, wire strippers, and more.
- Diagnose and correct wiring issues prior to final QA inspection.
- Support panel layout, component placement, and prepare/update documentation.
What you bring
- Proficiency reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of AC/DC fundamentals and industrial control components.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
