We are seeking talented engineers who want to work in a technically diverse, hands-on environment with opportunities for growth.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Controls / Automation Engineer with experience developing, programming, and commissioning process control systems. This role involves implementing control strategies, designing control panels, specifying instrumentation, and programming commonly used PLC and HMI platforms. The position includes a mix of office-based engineering work and on-site field support, with occasional domestic and international travel.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and modify PLC programs based on control strategies and project specificationsProgram HMI and SCADA systems, from stand-alone applications to redundant distributed architecturesDesign control panels and specify electrical and automation components, including full drawing packagesDevelop system specifications, sequences of operation, control narratives, and cause-and-effect diagramsCreate and execute system testing and commissioning plansSpecify, configure, and integrate field instrumentationSupport system commissioning activities, including on-site and remote field supportPrepare specifications for software, servers, and automation-related purchasesCollaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver complete automation solutionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution2+ years of relevant experience in industrial automation or controls engineeringWorking knowledge of computer configuration and industrial networkingStrong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStationTechnical Platforms & Experience (Preferred)Rockwell Logix / Studio 5000Rockwell FactoryTalk View SEExperience with additional platforms such as historians, ignition-based SCADA, cybersecurity, alarm management, or safety systems is a plus but not required.To apply, send your resume to PD@LibertyJobs.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
