Electrical Controls and Design Engineer

As part of a team you will design and supervise the manufacturing of control and monitoring systems for Commercial and Naval Ships. You will work to produce equipment drawings , electrical wiring diagrams,cable interconnection drawings and interface designs. Assist in the functional design of HMI, PLC architecture, networks and communication interfaces.Perform Factory acceptance test of the finished system to both customer and regulatory societies. Support commissioning and sea trials from the office but at times visiting the ship.Finally provide technical advice and assistance to sales, and service personnel.
