This role is responsible for managing a team of engineers and designers, overseeing project execution, maintaining technical quality, and supporting business development efforts.The ideal candidate will combine **strong technical expertise in electrical power/design systems** with **proven leadership and team management experience**.### **Key Responsibilities*** Lead and manage the Electrical Engineering Department, including engineers, designers, and support staff.* Oversee **project delivery, scheduling, and budget performance** across multiple projects.* Provide technical direction for design of **medium- and low-voltage power systems**, lighting, grounding, and related infrastructure.* Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, etc.).* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, mechanical, civil, and structural) to deliver integrated designs.* Mentor and supervise engineering staff.
