Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with strong expertise in mixed-signal, analog, and digital circuit design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in high-speed board design, power architecture, processors/FPGA ecosystems, signal integrity, PCB design, and hardware lab verification.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Design and develop mixed-signal, analog, and digital electronic systems.
• Develop high-speed board designs, including routing and layout for DDR3/DDR4, PCIe, and QSPI interfaces with strict impedance control.
• Design complex DC-DC power architectures using buck/boost converters, LDO regulators, and power sequencing.
• Architect systems around microprocessors, microcontrollers including ARM Cortex-M and RISC-V, and FPGA platforms.
• Address signal integrity, noise, crosstalk, and EMI/EMC issues to support regulatory compliance.
• Work with communication protocols including I2C, SPI, UART, RS485, CAN, USB, and Ethernet.
• Perform hardware verification and debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, VNA, and spectrum analyzers.
• Conduct component-level troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, derating analysis, and thermal management.
• Lead technical design reviews and collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and software engineering teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Perform architectural trade-off analysis, component selection, project scheduling, and budgeting.
• Develop schematics and PCB designs using enterprise EDA tools such as Xpedition.

Qualifications

• B.E., M.S., or M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant electrical/electronic design experience.
