The firm combines innovation and technical excellence to deliver sustainable, green solutions that enhance and preserve the built, natural, and social environments.Duties and ResponsibilitiesHealthcare/Hospital Project Experience PreferredPre-Design EngineeringReview existing as-built drawings.Conduct field investigations.Set up drawings and models across multiple disciplines.Coordinate design efforts, schedules, and deliverables with team members.Perform feasibility studies and prepare schematic designs.Design EngineeringPerform energy calculations using EnergyPro or IES VE .Develop single-line diagrams and load schedules .Design lighting systems , including selection and controls.Design normal, emergency, and renewable power systems .Conduct Arc Flash, Short Circuit, and Coordination Power System Studies .Experience with low-voltage building systems (Fire Alarm, Security, Voice/Data, Nurse Call) is a plus.Design ComplexityApply standard engineering techniques to perform routine design tasks.Complete basic engineering calculations.Prepare construction estimates and specifications for smaller projects.Independently prepare concise technical reports.Construction AdministrationReview submittals and support project delivery during construction.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.EIT Certification preferred.LEED Accreditation is a plus.Technical KnowledgeProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , AutoCAD , and Revit .Working knowledge of California Building Code and National Electrical Code .HCAI experience preferred.Experience with Net Zero Energy/Carbon projects is a plus.Benefits13 paid company holidays per yearMedical, Dental, and Vision coverageEmployer-paid Group Life InsuranceSupplemental Insurance options (Accident, Critical Illness, Pet Insurance)Tuition and Training Assistance401(k) plan with immediate vesting and 100% employer match up to 4% of compensationEmployment Type: Full timeLocation: Irvine, CA#J-18808-Ljbffr
