Electrical Design Lead

The Electrical Design Lead position is an exciting opportunity to join PM Group’s quickly growing Outsourced Technical Services team at a client site in the Greater Boston area. Outsourced Technical Services (OTS) is an integral part of PM Group’s ability to support clients across the complete project life cycle. This role will oversee all electrical design deliverables for the integration of the Automated Manufacturing System (AMS) into a Cell Therapy Facility (CTF), ensuring that all deliverables are issued per project plan and in compliance with Engineering Design Standards. This role is responsible for collaborating with the selected Architect/Engineering firm to direct and drive electrical design decisions and lead the electrical workstream throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage and deliver electrical design documentation for integration of the Automated Manufacturing System (AMS) into the Cell Therapy Facility (CTF) space in accordance with project plan.
• Lead the electrical workstream, working closely with the chosen Architect/Engineering firm to guide design choices and project execution.
• Facilitate electrical workstream coordination meetings at a minimum of once per week, ensuring alignment and progress across all stakeholders.
• Organize and participate in a weekly all-workstream coordination meeting to foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Attend all design meetings with the selected Architect/Engineering firm, representing electrical requirements and ensuring integration with overall project goals.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in an engineering discipline

• 5+ years of experience with electrical design deliverables

• Pharmaceutical, life science experience highly preferred

Pay Range Disclosure:  
The pay range for this position is $120,000 – $180,000 annually. This range represents the base salary that PM Group reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will depend on factors such as work location, qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
