Airswift is looking for an Electrical Design Manager to work for a major O&G company in Freemont, CA, for an initial 6‑month assignment. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Manager to join our team on a 6‑month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical engineering background and proven experience leading design initiatives within complex projects.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage electrical design activities across assigned projects.Oversee development of electrical schematics, layouts, and specifications.Ensure designs meet all technical standards, codes, and safety requirements.Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including mechanical, civil, and project management.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to design engineers.Review and approve design deliverables and ensure project timelines are met.Support project planning, risk management, and client communication.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Proven experience in electrical design and leadership/management roles.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards.Experience managing design teams and coordinating across disciplines.Excellent communication and project management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
