Deal Breakers:
Hybrid Means working from any office in the country with 50 miles of a  office and reporting to the office 2 days a week.
Remote is anyone in the US that is hired that does not live within 50 miles of a  office.
Must Have Life safety / fire alarm design experience using Revit
Must disclose any non-competes with current company
Salary Range depends on location, cost of living, and level of experience
