    Role Description The Electrical Distribution Branch Associate is a full-time, on-site role with Michigan openings in Warren, Dearborn, Madison Heights, and Ann Arbor. This role involves assisting customers at the counter and by phone, helping them identify appropriate electrical products, and providing accurate technical and product information. Daily tasks include processing orders and returns, picking and packing materials, maintaining inventory and warehouse organization, and supporting branch logistics such as shipping and receiving. The associate collaborates with sales and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries, correct documentation, and a clean, safe work environment. This position also requires learning product lines, using distribution software, and contributing to continuous improvement in branch operations and customer experience.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in electrical wholesale, construction supply, or a related technical sales or warehouse environment is beneficial.

    • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in order entry and inventory handling.

    • Ability to lift and move materials, operate warehouse equipment safely, and work on-site in a physically active role.
    • \n
    • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems and basic computer skills; willingness to learn new tools and processes.

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical coursework or certifications in electrical or industrial fields are a plus.
