As an Electrical Distribution Inspector you will:
Our client is seeking an Electrical Distribution Inspector to monitor and inspect contractor crews performing work on their electrical distribution system. This role encompasses both overhead line work and underground civil work, including conduit installation. Experience as a journeyman lineman or journeyman operator with foreman and/or electrical distribution experience is preferred. Other levels of experience will be considered.
Job Description
Electrical Distribution Inspector duties include reviewing performed unit work and unit sheets for accuracy, completing weekly audits of contractor crew work, and final audits in programmatic work of contract crews. Inspectors will observe crew work and provide feedback to foreman and GF as needed.

Requirements
Overhead Line Work
Must have knowledge of safe work practices for performing electrical overhead and underground work, including installation of electrical conductors, poles, and equipment. Journeyman lineman background with foreman experience is preferred.
Underground Civil Work
Must have knowledge of safe work practices for underground civil work, including installation of electrical conduits via boring, trenching, and plowing. Knowledge of civil equipment operation and installation methods is required. Journeyman operator background with foreman and electrical distribution experience is preferred.
General Requirements
Pay Rate: $50.00-$70.00 per hour
