What you’ll do

• Assemble electrical kits using inventoried and fabricated parts for control enclosures.
• Execute light fab tasks: drilling, forming, wire stripping, and crimping.
• Handle and stage materials to keep builds on schedule.
• Assist with installation needs for various electrical equipment.

What you need to succeed

• Detail focus and the ability to learn to read blueprints and bills of materials.
• Comfort with measuring devices (tape measure) and basic troubleshooting.
• Clear communication and teamwork; drive to learn and advance.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and bend conduit.
• Must pass a written test on first day.

Pay, per diem, and schedule

• $22/hour to start; 30-day review may raise to $24/hour.
• $100 per diem for each day worked.
• 1st or 2nd shift; up to 60 hours/week (more possible with supervisor approval).
• Long-term, year-round role.

Milwaukee, WI. This position is not in the Chicago area.
