Job Summary:Â This role involves deep troubleshooting of complex electrical hardware issues in scientific instrumentation, focusing on root cause analysis at the component level. You will develop and implement design improvements to enhance manufacturing, product quality, and field reliability. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve electrical failures during manufacturing and in the field.
- Analyze schematics and PCB layouts to identify design weaknesses.
- Develop and implement corrective actions for electrical systems.
- Evaluate and mitigate electromagnetic interference issues.
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing for design improvements.
Must-Have Skills:
- Expertise in analog and digital circuitry.
- Strong component-level PCBA debugging skills.
- Ability to interpret schematics and PCB layouts.
Experience in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.
