This is an opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join a respected engineering and design firm known for delivering high -quality work across a variety of commercial and healthcare projects. In this role, you will lead electrical design efforts, perform engineering calculations, and coordinate with internal teams and clients to deliver technically sound projects.
<\/p>

The position offers strong autonomy and the chance to work on multiple projects at once while collaborating with principals, project managers, and production teams. It’s a good fit for an engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, mentoring others, and building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
<\/h2>

• Lead electrical engineering design work across multiple concurrent projects
  <\/p><\/li>

• Perform engineering calculations, system designs, and fieldwork as required for project completion
  <\/p><\/li>

• Coordinate with project managers and firm principals on project scope and design strategies
  <\/p><\/li>

• Assign drafting, modeling, and light design work to the production team
  <\/p><\/li>

• Review technical work for accuracy and compliance with design standards
  <\/p><\/li>

• Develop project specifications and documentation
  <\/p><\/li>

• Attend client meetings and maintain strong working relationships with project stakeholders
  <\/p><\/li>

• Support proposal and qualification development for RFQ responses
  <\/p><\/li>

• Participate in project interviews when strategically appropriate
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  What We’re Looking For
  <\/h2>

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering<\/b>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • 5+ years of experience<\/b> in the Architectural/Engineering industry
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong understanding of electrical system design and engineering calculations
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Experience coordinating with clients and project teams
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Proficiency with:
    <\/p>

    • Autodesk Revit
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Bluebeam
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Power System Study Software
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Microsoft 365
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

      Preferred

      • 10+ years of experience<\/b>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Professional Engineer (PE) license<\/b>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Healthcare project experience<\/b>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Project management experience
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Located within 30 minutes of the office in Northeast Ohio<\/b>
