Electrical Engineer – All Levels - Locations: Leesburg, VA | Columbia, MD | Harrisburg, PA | Rochester, NY

Compensation: $80,000–$150,000+ (Based on Level and Experience)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
• Experience level will determine position and responsibilities
• Professional certifications and licenses are encouraged for senior-level opportunities
• Strong proficiency with Revit is required
• AutoCAD experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems for building projects

• Support client relationships and business development initiatives
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team growth (senior roles)
