Job Description
Electrical Engineer
3 year contract
Pay Range: $70-$90/hr. DOE
Clearance: eligible to get Secret
The candidate should have the following skills (highest to lowest importance):
Electronics design for:
-low power and battery operated systems
-analog circuits & sensors
-digital circuits, digital interfaces, sensors
-embedded software development for microcontrollers
Experience with:
-electro-optics
-RF sensors and communication protocols
-Printed Circuit Board (PCB) schematic capture and layout tools
-NVidia Jetson GPU products
-Ability to architect, design, and program FPGA inputs and systems.
-FPGA debugging and prototyping
Education Requirement - Master's with 3+ years of experience, or BS with 5+ years of experience working with small engineering/software teams
-Candidates will be 100% onsite with some flexibility for personal situations; there isn't likely to be regular remote work.
-Interim clearance is sufficient
-Interview process will likely be an initial phone screen, followed by a wider audience technical interview. The second round interview will be in person for local candidates. The group will entertain Zoom interviews for relocation candidates.
