Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in electrical engineering and extensive experience in the automotive, construction, agricultural, aerospace/aviation, or similar mobile equipment industry. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent technical skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively across various teams and with external partners.
 
Responsibilities
  • Designing component installations
  • Routing harnesses
  • Developing and maintaining electrical schematics
  • Interfacing with both internal and external suppliers as well as other departments
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, electronic, computer, mechanical, agricultural, or automotive related)
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Direct experience in designing, developing, troubleshooting, and introducing electrical and electronics components and systems in mobile applications
  • Experience using Creo, specifically for cabling/harnessing and/or schematics
  • Experience with schematic development, maintenance, and client data systems for data management and releasing (EDS, Teamcenter)
  • Hands-on practical technical experience with vehicle sub-systems such as hydraulics, engines, and transmissions
 
Skills
  • Proficiency in Creo Cabling
  • Proficiency in Creo Schematics
  • Experience with Teamcenter
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $44.00 - $45.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match,  life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
