Job Description: Seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support new product development efforts for complex electronic hardware systems. This hands-on engineering role will own board-level development, testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities throughout the product lifecycle.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Own and support PCB assemblies through development and testing phases
Troubleshoot board-level electrical issues including signal integrity and power-related problems
Perform circuit and system-level diagnostics using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other test equipment
Analyze test results and recommend design modifications or corrective actions
Support root cause investigations and reliability assessments
Review and modify schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive product improvements
Document findings and provide technical reports on test results and recommendations
Minimum Requirements:
3 years of hands on experience as an Electrical Engineer
3 years of experience in Medical Device industry
Experience designing PCB boards
Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience at the circuit and system level
Experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and precision measurement equipment
Ability to read and modify schematics, PCB layouts, and bills of materials (BOMs)
Experience with board-level diagnostics, component-level troubleshooting, and PCB rework
Proven experience conducting structured root cause investigations using methodologies such as 5 Whys or Fishbone Analysis
Familiarity with Altium or similar electrical design tools
Experience supporting test development and validation activities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
